Acadia — Privacy Policy

Acadia is an unofficial read-only companion app for the Acadia nation on EarthMC. It collects no personal data and has no account, login, or analytics.

Data Stored on Your Device

Your favorite towns and chosen theme are saved locally on your device only. This information is never transmitted anywhere, and it is removed when you delete the app.

Services the App Connects To

Acadia reads from the following services. All connections are read-only:

EarthMC API (api.earthmc.net) — for public server data.
EarthMC map tiles — for the in-app map.
mc-heads.net — which receives public Minecraft player UUIDs in order to render player avatars.

The app sends no personal information about you to these services beyond a standard network request — no name, contacts, location, or device identifiers.

Player Data and Opt-Out

Acadia only displays public information that the server already exposes. Players who opt out of the EarthMC API (using the in-game /api opt-out command) do not appear in that data, so they do not appear in Acadia.

Children’s Privacy

Acadia does not knowingly collect any data from anyone.

Changes to This Policy

Updated versions of this Privacy Policy will be posted at this URL.
