Why is a town or player missing?

Acadia shows only what the public EarthMC API returns. Players who opted out via the in-game /api opt-out command won’t appear.

Why does data look out of date or fail to load?

The app depends on EarthMC and its public API being online. If they’re unavailable, Acadia shows the most recent cached data.
