Gym House — Privacy Policy

Gym House is made by Sunlit Game Studio LLC. This policy explains what happens to the workouts and game progress you record in the app.

Progress on your device

Your chosen player name and appearance, training preferences and notes, workouts, plans, unfinished sessions, character relationships, story choices, room changes, and settings are saved on your device. Training notes can include health information you choose to enter. Your player name does not need to be your legal name. Gym House does not require an email address or a separate app account, and you can use it without signing in to iCloud.

iCloud backup

If you are signed in to iCloud and iCloud is available to Gym House, the app backs up your progress to your Apple account’s private CloudKit database. The backup contains your saved game and unfinished workout drafts, including the workouts and choices listed above. Apple operates iCloud; Sunlit Game Studio does not run a separate progress server. The app uses your iCloud account status to connect but does not receive your Apple ID password or email address.

Settings → Progress & backup shows the backup status and lets you retry, export a copy to Files, or restore a copy. If two devices have different progress, the app asks you which save to keep. If iCloud is unavailable, progress remains on your device and the app can retry later.

Copies you control

An exported progress file contains the same saved game and unfinished workouts. You choose where to store or share that file using Apple’s Files interface. Deleting Gym House removes its local app data; an iCloud backup or a file you exported may remain separately. You can manage the app’s iCloud data through Apple’s iCloud settings.

Advertising and analytics

Gym House does not contain ads or third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. It does not read Apple Health data or request access to your location, contacts, or photos.
