Halloween: A Knock at Thirteen (“the game”) is made by Sunlit Game Studio. This policy describes the current offline game and the information we receive if you contact support.

The short version

The game runs offline. It has no account, ads, in-app purchases, analytics, or tracking.
Game progress and settings are saved on your device. The game does not send them to us.
We receive information only if you choose to contact us, such as by email.

What stays on your device

The game saves settings, game progress, relationship records, and saved campaign bookmarks locally. These records let you continue playing and keep your preferred sound and display settings. We cannot view or retrieve them, and the game does not provide account-based cloud sync.

What the game does not collect

The game does not collect or transmit personal information, advertising identifiers, location, contacts, usage analytics, or crash reports. It does not use advertising or tracking services, and offline gameplay makes no network requests. Opening the Support or Privacy links launches your browser and visits this website.

Support email

If you email support@sunlitgamestudio.com, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use that information to respond to your request and investigate the issue. Please share only the information needed for support.

Deleting data and device backups

Deleting the game removes its local app data. Device or operating-system backups may retain a separate copy, depending on your backup settings. We do not operate those backups and cannot restore or delete them for you. Deleting the game does not delete an email you previously sent to support.

Children

The same offline privacy practices apply to every player. The game does not collect personal information from children or other players.

Apple and this website

Apple may process information when distributing the game through the App Store or providing device services under Apple’s privacy policy. Visiting our website is separate from playing the game. The website uses site analytics described in the studio website Privacy Policy.
