Where is my progress saved?

Your progress, settings, and saved campaign bookmarks stay on your device. There is no Halloween account or game-operated cloud sync, and we cannot retrieve your save remotely.

Will reinstalling fix a problem?

Try closing and reopening the game first. Deleting the game removes its local progress and settings, so contact us before reinstalling if you want help preserving your progress. Device backups are managed by your operating system and depend on your backup settings.

How do I play?

Wait inside the door, watch and listen for clues, then choose what to carry before opening. Give candy to trick-or-treaters and learn which tools or offerings work for stranger visitors. Between nights, visit the shop to restock and check your visitor book for discoveries and clues.
