Seven Places is a curated travel guide: seven ways to experience a destination, with seven places in each. Version 1.0 offers paid guides, country collections and All Access without an app account or sign-in.
Get in touch
Email support@sunlitgamestudio.com. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version, the guide or place involved, and the steps that led to the problem. Hide personal details in any screenshot. Do not send your Apple Account password or payment details.
Purchases and restoration
Guides, country collections and All Access are non-consumable App Store purchases. If a purchase is missing after reinstalling or changing devices, check that you are using the Apple Account that made the purchase, connect to the internet, and open Seven Places → Settings → Restore Purchases.
Apple handles payments and refund requests. If a payment appears on your Apple purchase history but the guide remains locked after restoration, email us with the product name and what happened. We do not need your card details.
Offline reading and maps
All guide text and cover images are included in the app. Owners can read unlocked guide text offline. Guide photos load on demand from assets.sunlitgamestudio.com through Cloudflare R2 and need a connection unless already available on your device.
Before your trip, open an owned guide and scroll to Take it with you → Download photos. The control shows the download size. Keep a connection until the guide reads “Photos downloaded. Ready to read offline.” Verified downloads remain available between app launches and are excluded from device backups. Photos loaded during ordinary browsing use a temporary cache, so explicit downloads are the way to keep them for offline reading.
You can cancel a download or choose Try again after a failure. Use Remove downloaded photos on the guide page to remove its local photo downloads without removing the guide text, bookmarks or purchases. A guide is not fully downloaded until the completed state appears.
Purchases, restoration, map tiles, external websites and directions need connectivity. If a map is blank, reconnect and try again. Open in Maps lets you choose Apple Maps or Google Maps.
Saved guides and places
Bookmarks are stored on your device and appear in Yours. The bookmark filter in Yours shows saved items. Restore Purchases restores App Store ownership; it does not restore deleted bookmarks. Device backups may retain local app data according to your Apple backup settings.
Guide corrections and images
For a correction, include the guide name, place name and the detail that needs checking. Visitor access and conditions can change; consult the official website linked from a place before travelling.
Guides use credited photographs and clearly labeled AI-generated conceptual illustrations. An illustration is a visual interpretation, not a photograph documenting an actual venue, room, dish or collection.
